Reiver Recruitment is a recruitment agency, based in Selkirk, in the Scottish Borders. Now in their 16th year, the managing director was keen to look at options for managing the marketing of the business.
Although in their 16th year, Reiver Recruitment has gone through various cycles of growth and decline, with different owners at the helm. With the team down to one owner/operator, whose primary focus was on securing clients and sourcing candidates, the marketing, like other business functions, needed to be out-sourced to ensure it was actioned.
We initiated conversations around the types of activities that an in-house marketing department would undertake. This was followed up with the writing of a comprehensive marketing plan, with marketing budget allocation. A diverse mix of activities were incorporated into the plan, including: social media posts – paid for and organic, media releases, candidate support workshops, new signage, new promotional packs, e-newsletters, and sponsorship deals.
We managed the implementation of all of these activities on behalf of Reiver Recruitment.
